System Administrator I is primarily responsible for responding to, and resolving, high level administration support tickets as well as maintaining idaksh datacenter and infrastructure. The individual is also directly responsible for supporting advanced systems such as custom cluster server configurations, VPS infrastructure and cloud-based computing platforms.
