Network Analyst I

Brief overview

This position is responsible for several aspects of the day-to-day operation of our global network. Applicants will be troubleshooting issues locally, and globally using remote hands support when applicable. Ideal applicants should understand how to automate management tasks with scripting languages (Perl/Python/Expect). Work will include proactive maintenance operations as well as triage for unplanned incidents. High-level troubleshooting and communication skills are a must. Applicants should also be comfortable on the Linux command line as well as Linux networking configuration. Applicants should be comfortable with Windows networking configuration.

Technical Support Technician II

Brief overview

This position is senior to the Technical Support Technician I position in the fact that many of the responsibilities that the Technician I position are similar but in this position you would be expected to handle more advanced issues. Examples of this would be working to resolve advanced technical support issues with technology ranging from various Linux Distributions to Windows Server, from Apache to Nginx, and from PHP to MySQL, encompassing all technology required to run a web business. An ideal candidate for this position should have an open mind and a healthy interest in learning more about the world of Web Hosting and the exciting field of Information Technology.

System Administrator I

Department: Development Operations
Location: Bajpe, Mangalore

Brief overview

System Administrator I is primarily responsible for responding to, and resolving, high level administration support tickets as well as maintaining idaksh datacenter and infrastructure. The individual is also directly responsible for supporting advanced systems such as custom cluster server configurations, VPS infrastructure and cloud-based computing platforms. Secondary duties include contributions to company resources, development or refinement of company procedures and participation in projects that benefit the company as a whole.

Abuse/Security Response Analyst

Brief overview

This position is responsible for several aspects of the daily abuse and security workflow of our network; monitoring queues and keeping up with incidents. This position will be expected to operate scripts and conduct manual scans of hosting accounts. A high level of thought is required in order to attack these issues proactively and fix vulnerabilities that could potentially arise in the future. All applicants should be customer service oriented and must be able to relate any technical issue to layman’s terms.

Server Deployment Technician

Brief overview

premarily responsible for all new server deployments. This involves building, installing, troubleshooting, and racking of servers in a datacenter environment. In addition to preparing new server, the technician is responsible for handling any hardware related requests and/or upgrades. Other tasks involve assisting and supporting other departments with their hardware needs for their projects, inventory of hardware audits, and any other associated projects that may be required as determined by their supervisor or datacenter management.

System Technician Level I
